The purchaser can buy out this equity share at a time of their choosing but there will be no requirement to do so.

The House Type 2 (3 Bed Semi-Detached – 954 sq ft) – are being made available for purchase from €235,000.
Applications will be accepted via an online application portal which will go live at 12 Noon on Monday 25 November 2024.
The portal will close at 12 noon on Monday 16 December 2024.
Please note In order for the Council to fully assess and process your application, you will need to submit a maximum mortgage Approval In Principle (AIP) letter from one of the Pillar banks or a Local Authority Home Loan (LAHL) letter.

To apply for a 3-bedroom semi-detached house, gross household income for the preceding 12 months should be below €60,919 however, those with a higher income may also be eligible if their lender provides them with a maximum mortgage which is less than 85.5% of the market value of the dwelling.
